I just upgraded to a subscription and can't figure out how to configure the settings of Chat so that it's visible to my users.
I have looked everywhere and not found anything.
I'm sorry the chat wasn't working for you. I have enabled it manually for you!

I've just logged into your account and it appears to be working. Can you try logging out and back in again for me? Since you recently subscribed it might be you need to renew your session.

I also want "Offline Live Chat" option for our web visitors. This pop up should be displayed when we are not logged in.
My colleague says he's been in contact with you to explain how chat works. For the benefit of others on the forum chat can only be initiated through Jumplead at the moment, so its pro-active. We are however changing this in the future.
