Hi, we've been having issues with chat notifications over the last 3 months or so. Simply, some of the team see chat notifications when they start and some don't. If we then go to the messages section we can all see the new message, but there isn't a browser notification. All of our browser settings are the same and have jumplead notifications enabled. We've tested it and at the same time one person will get a notification, but the other two won't. The chat notification email often takes a while, sometimes hours, to come through, so we can't use that as a trigger to check the chats either.
This is a big issue as we find most of the leads we get through chat need to be responded to immediately and very few leave their email addresses. Has anyone else had the same problem? Is there a fix?
